Ο Atsuko Tanaka θα είνα ο Major ενώ ο Akio Otsuka, η φωνή του Snake στα Metal Gear franchise, επιστρέφει ως Batou και ο Koichi Yamadera ως Togusa. Η Mamoru Oshii, σκηνοθέτης του θρύλου, του 1995 anime λέει:
