Η Apple έριξε σήμερα την 4η έκδοση beta του iOS 6 beta 4 με τη ΜΕΓΑΛΥΤΕΡΗ έκδοση να είναι βέβαια η απουσία του YouTube από το νέο build.
Το YouTube είναι της Google και δεν είναι παράδοξο πως μετά τα Google Maps ‘χάθηκε’ για να δημιουργήσει η Apple μια 3D mapping database δική της.
Αλλά υπάρχουν και άλλα:
-Με το πρώτο login οι users βάζουν iCloud credentials.
– Βελτιωμένα privacy settings, και Bluetooth sharing.
– Η Passbook application έχει button με σύνδεση με το App Store.
– Τα Shared Calendar alerts κουμπιά είναι στο κάτω μέρος με τα Mail, Contacts, και Calendar settings:
– Βελτιωμένα Apple Maps και “improved mapping data” ειδικά σε satellite view, καλύτερες επιδόσεις και font rendering. Νέα updated Maps app με μονοδρόμους.
– Το Siri με νέο information menu και τις νέες iOS 6 Siri δυνατότητες.
Η YouTube app όμως, στα iPhone από το 2007, ΔΕΝ υπάρχει πλέον και είναι ένα σοκ. Το The Verge Apple έγραψε: “Our license to include the YouTube app in iOS has ended, customers can use YouTube in the Safari browser and Google is working on a new YouTube app to be on the App Store.”
Η Google είπε στο Mashable, “We are working with Apple to ensure we have the best possible YouTube experience for iOS users.”
Το YouTube δεν υπάρχει και στα Apple “share sheets” του OS X Mountain Lion με επιλογή για share βίντεο από το Vimeo.
