Η Ubisoft ανακοίνωσε πως οι Michael Bay και Warner Bros.θα αναλάβουν μια κανονική Ghost Recon ταινία.
Ο σκηνοθέτης των Armageddon και των Transformers, και η εταιρία πίσω από το Man of Steel και τα Lord of the Rings, θα μεταφέρουν τις σειρές της Ubisoft των military stealth και shooter games.
“Having one of Hollywood’s boldest feature film directors attached to bringing Ghost Recon to the big screen is a dream come true for us,” λέει ο Ubisoft Motion Pictures CEO Jean-Julien Baronnet και, “And with Warner Bros. unmatched track record of successfully producing, marketing and distributing big movies from the industry’s top talents, we think this project has huge potential.”
Η Ubisoft απέδειξε πως τα Ghost Recon είναι μια καλή ιδέα μετά το σύντομου μήκους 2012 film Ghost Recon Alpha με ήρωες την elite ομάδα στρατιωτών “Ghost”.
