Καλά νέα για τους μελλοντικούς ιδιοκτήτες των PS4. Ή μάλλον, και άλλα καλά νέα. Η Sony ανακοινώνει πως οι gamers θα μπορούν λοιπόν να έχουν πρόσβαση στα παιχνίδια τους από ΚΑΘΕ κονσόλα!
Η είδηση έρχεται από τον άνθρωπο της Sony, ένα στέλεχος στην R&D ομάδα, τον team leader κο Neil Brown που επιβεβαίωσε πως θα κάνουβν log σε accounts ΚΑΙ από ένα PS4 φίλου χάρη στο ‘play as you download’ χαρακτηριστικό.
“You can visit your friends’ house, you can log into your account and play any game from your digital library, which is good. But how useful is that if it takes half a day to download the game you want to play?”
Ο Brown λέει: “With Play As You Download you get much quicker access to as least the first section of the game so you can start playing quicker,So this makes a digital library a practical option in the real world.”
Είναι παρόμοιο σύστημα με τα Blu-ray, με δεδομένα να κατεβαίνουν στο background. Σήμερα ένα cloud σύστημα υπάρχει στο PS3, αλλά η Sony έχει περιορισμούς στα accounts.
