Την πρώτη της Sony OLED TV από το 2017, την A1 αντικαθιστά η ιαπωνική εταιρία. Ναι, το A8F ήδη εμφανίστηκε αλλά είναι η A9F που αποτελεί μια νέα ναυαρχίδα Sony OLED. Η νέα A9F είναι 4K και υποστηρίζει HDR10, HLG, αλλά ΚΑΙ το Dolby Vision.
Όπως η νέα επίσης Z9F LCD, A9F OLED έχει την ισχύ του Sony next-generation X1 Ultimate επεξεργαστή. Με OLED panel των 8 εκατομμυρίων pixels, την τεχνολογία Sony “Pixel Contrast Booster”, τον νέο panel controller OLED, υπόσχεται “unprecedented black, authentic color, and a wide viewing angle”.
Πέρα από καλύτερη εικόνα, η A9F θα δίνει και καλύτερο ήχο με τη Sony να προσθέτει το αναβαθμισμένο Acoustic Surface audio: το Acoustic Surface Audio+. Εκείνο των A1 και A8F έχει 2.1 κανάλια, νέο actuator για το κεντρικό κανάλι και extra subwoofer για ήχο πλέον 3.2.
– “The improved Acoustic Surface Audio+ gets an additional actuator in the center of the screen and an extra subwoofer channel, totaling to a 3.2 channel sound system. The additional center actuator acts just like center speakers hidden behind an AT (acoustically transparent) screen which are found in cinemas. With the three actuators and two subwoofers facing sideways, the AF9 creates a rich sound field that greatly enhances the viewing experience. Also, the AF9 has a center speaker mode that allows the Acoustic Surface Audio+ to be used as the center speaker of a home theatre system,” λέει η Sony.
Μια τεχνολογία ώστε “a single slate – the screen, with only a stand in the back to hold it up”.
Η Sony AF9 στην Ευρώπη θα βγει σε 55′ και 65′ τον Αύγουστο.
