Η Canon UK ενημέρωσε πως δεν θα παραδίδει τις 5D Mark III καθώς διερευνάται πρόβλημα με “…top LCD causing exposure issues”
Το πρόβλημα βρέθηκε και αναφέρθηκε ευρέως online και φαίνεται να επιτρέπει να υπάρχει “…exposure value changing as a result of the top LCD plate light being activated when shooting in very dark conditions,” όπως λέει το techradar.
Η Canon UK παραδέχτηκε το σφάλμα και δήλωσε: “Canon has identified that when the LCD top light is switched on in very dark situations, the displayed exposure value may change on the EOS 5D Mark III

“Customer satisfaction remains Canon’s top priority and we would like to apologise to our EOS 5D Mark III customers for any inconvenience cause,” είπε η εταιρία.
Η 5D Mark III ανακοινώθηκε σαν αναβάθμιση της Mark II, έχει αισθητήρα 22.3 εκατομμύρια pixel και κοστίζει 3,000 λίρες.
Η εταιρία έχει προβλήματα και με την ναυαρχίδα της, την 1DX που καθυστερεί για τον Ιούνιο.
