Το πρώτο στο lineup με κίνηση πίσω και νέα πλατφόρμα, το LC500 κινείται από έναν 5.0L, 467 ίππων V8 ώστε το coupe να κάνει το 0-100 σε 4.5 δεύτερα. Και υπάρχει και το F Performance model.
