Έσπασε το 50. Η Sony ανακοίνωσε σήμερα πως ξεπέρασε τα 50 εκατομμύρια PlayStation 4 σε όλο τον κόσμο στις 6 Δκεμεβρίου 2016. Το νούμερο αφορά μηχανάκια που πήγανε σε καταναλωτές και περιλαμβάνει το PS4 Pro. Στη δε Black Friday, η Sony είπε πως το PlayStation brand είχε την καλύτερη εβδομάδα στην ιστορία της εταιρίας. Στο κομμάτι των games, οι πωλήσεις PS4 software έχουν φτάσει τα 369.6 εκατομμύρια στο retail μέσω του PlayStation Store στις 4 Δεκέμβρη 2016.

Η εταιρία είπε πως θα “continue to expand the world of PS4 to deliver entertainment experiences that are only possible on PlayStation.”
Το PS4 είναι πάντως πίσω από το PlayStation 3 με τις 80 εκατομμύρια μονάδες και το PS2 αν και μιλάμε για άλλες εποχές, χωρίς smartphones, tablets και άλλα.
