Η ιστορία ακολουθεί τη ζωή του Ben Radcliffe που είναι ο Freddie Hooke, ένας νεαρός πιλότος της Royal Air Force και καθώς επιστρέφει από τη Βόρεια Θάλασσα την παραμονή των Χριστουγέννων, θα βρεθεί σε κίνδυνο με μειωμένα καύσιμα, πρόβλημα στην ηλεκτροδότηση. Ο John Travolta που είναι και παραγωγός, έχει το ρόλο ενός Καλού Σαμαρείτη βετεράνου πιλότου.

I am thrilled that we have been able to jointly share our love of this story. Being old friends with Iain, he was the perfect match to bring this beloved narrative to life on film for the first time. After the success of last year’s short, ‘Le Pupille,’ and working with director Alice Rohrwacher, it’s really inspiring to be building out a collection of short films that celebrate the season with such talented filmmakers who each bring their own unique vision and cinematic style.”
Η ιστορία: “On Christmas Eve, a young Royal Air Force pilot flying home across the North Sea finds himself in peril when his radio and electric power cut out, leaving him stranded and running on limited fuel. Just when it appears his luck is about to run out, a mysterious good Samaritan guides him to safety.”
